CHILD SAFETY POLICY
children are only permitted in the salon only when having a service. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age 12 may occompany you while you are having a service. We do not have the facilities to care for children. We love children, and we hope you understand, we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests. YOUR UNDERSTANDING IS GREATLY APPRECIATED.

RESERVATIONS/CANCELLATIONS
Extensive and multiple salon services may require a major credit card to secure appointments. Your deposit will be deducted from your service the day you arrive. If you must reschedule of cancel appointments, please notify us 48 hours in advance to avoid an automatic credit card charge. for a no show your credit card is automatically charge groups or parties must give at least two weeks notice to avoid cancellation fee.

ARRIVAL
If you are late for an appointment, it may be necessary to reschedule. Your stylist will do his/her best to accommodate you. We encourage you to arrive a few minutes prior to your appointment.

FORMS OF PAYMENT
We accept Cash, Visa or Master card only. Gratuity may not be added to credit cards

THE FOLLOWING SERVICES REQUIRE A CONSULTATION TO DETERMINE PRICE
Highlights, Low lights, Corrective color, Ombre, Balayge, Hair extensions, Keratin and Brazilian blowout treatments.

REFUND POLICY
If for any reason the client is not happy or satisfied with his or hers service the client must contact our salon with in one week of their service. No refunds will be issued. The salon will gladly correct anything that needs to be done at the salon’s expense.

Specials are accepted with selective stylists only.

SAFETY

The owners of Salon Toujours want everyone to know how much we care for the safety of all our clients and staff members. Our salon is one of the best and safest in New Jersey. The salon is very spacious. It is 1800 square feet with 10 foot ceilings. Up front we have 2 waiting areas for the comfort of social distancing. We have each stylist spaced 8 feet apart with dividers between them, as well as our sink areas. We also offer a second floor where you can go and sit and relax especially while you are processing with color.

As you enter the salon you will have your temperature checked. It is mandatory for all clients and staff members. Masks are required at all times. Covid 19 information forms have to be filled out by every client.

Each and every person is important to us. By taking these steps together we can ensure everyone’s safety.
