CHILD SAFETY POLICY
children are only permitted in the salon only when having a service. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age 12 may occompany you while you are having a service. We do not have the facilities to care for children. We love children, and we hope you understand, we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests. YOUR UNDERSTANDING IS GREATLY APPRECIATED.

RESERVATIONS/CANCELLATIONS
Extensive and multiple salon services may require a major credit card to secure appointments. Your deposit will be deducted from your service the day you arrive. If you must reschedule of cancel appointments, please notify us 48 hours in advance to avoid an automatic credit card charge. for a no show your credit card is automatically charge groups or parties must give at least two weeks notice to avoid cancellation fee.

ARRIVAL
If you are late for an appointment, it may be necessary to reschedule. Your stylist will do his/her best to accommodate you. We encourage you to arrive a few minutes prior to your appointment.

FORMS OF PAYMENT
We accept Cash, Visa or Master card only. Gratuity may not be added to credit cards

THE FOLLOWING SERVICES REQUIRE A CONSULTATION TO DETERMINE PRICE
Highlights, Low lights, Corrective color, Ombre, Balayge, Hair extensions, Keratin and Brazilian blowout treatments.

REFUND POLICY
If for any reason the client is not happy or satisfied with his or hers service the client must contact our salon with in one week of their service. No refunds will be issued. The salon will gladly correct anything that needs to be done at the salon’s expense.
